Tips:
(1) Search “(ENG”, “CHIN” or “JPN)” for hentai manga/doujinshi works in English, Chinese or Japanese respectively.

As you have known the status of the manga GantZ and Desire from my site, some newest high quality stuffs are not available for free download in the internet. Wikipedia is the largest online encyclopedia nowadays. For hentai information, I’m glad to recommend Wikipedia in Japanese. By searching artist’s Japanese name, you will get much info, such as titles of hentai works by that artist. And then you can search those titles by other search engines. (Hint: try “hentai” as key word to start to know hentai.)
Search Translation by Google
Google’s Language Tool is a good translator for meaningful words. Japanese-to-English translation is directly search-able by the search bar here. Simply paste some Japanese titles of hentai works, and you’ll know their meaning.
Search by Google or Yahoo
We can find a lot of links and Bit Torrents for freebies there, but many of them are dead links or non-seeds for download or require sign-up in different forums. Anyway, we have to enjoy using their huge index everyday, because working links usually exist by well targeted key words for Hentai. You are also recommended to search H-Zip by adding “site:h-zip.com” in Google search. One of the important advantages is that Google can tolerate some misspellings.
